Can I have a card designed for a financial tombstone award insert?
Yes. New England Acrylics has graphic designers on staff ready to design the layout for your order. Typically, we receive a rough layout of the text and then we begin the design process. We will then email your designed tombstone in a PDF proof for your edits or approval.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard production time is approximately six to eight business days. If an order has a strict deadline we can expedite the order.
What is the shipping time for my order?
We ship our sample requests via overnight shipping. All final orders are shipped UPS Ground, unless a specific request is made. We can expedite shipment of orders if requested. International orders are sent via UPS.
Can I get an estimate for my order?
Absolutely. We will need to know size, insert style, number of colors and quantity to give you an accurate estimate.
Can I see a sample before my full order is produced?
Yes, we are happy to send a sample of your finished order to you. A sample is one piece of your final order.
Are there any limits to what I can embed in a Lucite?
Yes, there are some restrictions. Please contact us with your particular request and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Is there a minimum that must be ordered?
No. Orders as small as one are welcomed.
